Course Description

This one day class introduces participants to Adobe® Photoshop® basic features. By the end of the day participants will be able to navigate the environment and use Photoshop tools to work with photographic images. Although Photoshop is used by a variety of professionals, from photographers to designers to videographers, Photoshop Introduction will focus mainly on the photography component. 

Prerequisites
Before taking this course, the student must have basic PC skills, including a basic understanding of a computer’s operating system, how to launch an application and create and save files, as well as how to copy files from USBs and other media.

This course will prepare you to use the most common basic features of Adobe Photoshop CC.  In this course, you will:

This course delves into some of the more advanced image creation and editing techniques, and offers you hands-on activities that demonstrate how these techniques can be used in combination to create exciting visual effects.

Who Should Take This Course
Users familiar with the basics of Photoshop who wish to learn how to manipulate images with masks and filters and use paths.
