PRINCE2 is a process-based approach for project management, providing an easily tailored and scalable method for the management of all types of projects, across industries, both locally and internationally.
This course is aligned with the PRINCE2 2017 update. This is an interactive five day course with a mixture of presentations, group practical activities, case studies and practice exams based on our top quality course materials developed with subject matter experts. Expect homework and pre-course reading.

Prerequisites
Delegates should have an understanding of project management but knowledge of PRINCE2 is not required.
